Sew In Extensions Takedown

Hello, today, I have taken out my sew in extensions, because next saturday is relaxer day for me, check my countdown here on my page. I think I have ten days left. I'm 11 weeks post from my last relaxer. This saturday I will do my Aphogee protien treament,since next week is relaxer day. Tommorow I will co wash with my V05,and do a flexi rod set. Hello everyone, last week I got another sew in extensions,its been a while since I had one, I will be posting up pictures soon. As you all see my relaxer day is coming up, do to the fact that I just got a fresh sew in, I may stretch a little longer,if I do I will update you all,as well as my count down,lol.

P.S. I co washed my hair yesterday, yes I still take care of my hair when i'm wearing hair extensions, thats very important,to take care of your hair under them extensions as well as the sew in extensions. All I did was added my co wash V05 conditioner in a applicator bottle ,and apply to scalp,gently massage, apply a little on the extensions, and rinse in shower.

Co Washing 'V05' Moisture Milk Conditioners

Co Washing: is VERY important to me in my hair regimen. I co wash ounce a week every wednesday.

What is co washing? Simply washing your hair with a conditioner,instead of a shampoo.

The benefits of co washing: It don't strip your have of moisture or oils,that shampoos normally do. It leaves your hair with plenty of moisture, which leads to more growth.Think about it ,our hair needs moisture to help with it's growth.
