I went to CVS pharmacy today,because I ran out of my Sundown Naturals Fish Oil 1290 mg Softgels Easy To Swallow Supplements and decided to try GUMMIES...YUM YUM YUM. I plan on sticking with the Sundown,but just couldn't help myself to the gummies. Yall know I hate pills and it's hard for me to swallow pills,which is why I always get my vitamins/supplements in chewable,gummies,or small as possible.

I LOVE doing squats in my daily workouts,ladies I can't stress it enough on how great squats are for your body in how well your booty,thighs,and legs look. Squats are a great way to tone and firm the booty,thighs,and legs, and so much more benefits. You may do your squats with a fitness ball,dumbbells,or without,it's up to you. Trust me ladies you will thank me for putting you onto squats!!!Check Spelling
